i once saw a youtuber also make a mold (using playdoh/plasticine) and he melted some lead (i think) or cheap cutlery (tin) and made knuckle dusters :)

I've been out of Project Zomboid scene for a bit but I can confirm this mod still works, at least in my relatively unmodded game.
@Awesomeexplorer @Flesh Forge I can indeed add recipes needles and/or suture needles when I have time, but if I do add them, it will be using just nails and hammer. Kind of like using the hammer to break up the head of the nail to use it as a needle. That way you can take one nail to make one needle, not using mold to make like 10 needles (I don't see the need to make that many needles in a playthrough). I like to keep things as simple as possible.
