I never put required items to my levels because Eternic said that they'll download automatically once you subscribed to a level. This rule applies for texture packs as well as music packs, thus making a required items list unnecessary.
If you subscribe to any level you can use the appended texture- / musicpacks for your levels because you already automatically downloaded them. It is exactly the same as if you downloaded these packs seperately.

I see that you never put required items in your levels, like texture packs. Is it because you know that almost everyone has already subscribed to your packs or because textures don't need to be subscribed to for working? Do I need to subscribe to a pack only to use it in my levels?
I'm just really confused with that system.

Things you always should keep in mind when making levels like these are:
- Keep the enemy count low.
- Don't go over the platform limit by copying platforms.
- Don't use too many lights and make sure that there is distance between them.
- Use larger static props instead of weapons. (really important)
- If possible, use rooms as occluders.

These are the main advices I can give you.

How does the level not lag even on my cheap laptop, when there are probably thousands of props?

Would you give an advice about how to put a lot of stuff into a level without making it lag (like using fewer platforms or lights)?

Thanks for the feedback. I just updated the level and added 5 additional enemies.
I'm going to increase the enemy count step by step over time because I wan't to make sure that it doesn't lag too hard.

Hey! I recorded this map and gave it a perfect score of 5/5. I REALLY enjoyed the use of custom textures as well as the overall design of the map! AMAZING WORK!!
