Is there a list of the Legendary Items? I can't read some of the stats from certain items, because they go over their individual space on the UI screen.

Just wanted to post an update after further testing, this mod is NOT compatible with "Generic Skills for Legendary Lords" by Autumnchain.

Tested this mod today on Vortex campaign and it still works! It's also save game compatible and works with other skill mods such as "Unlock all skills" by Sarmirim, "Max level 60 - 2 Skill Points - Skill Dump" by NeonDracoz, "Dragon Mounts for High Elf Legendary Lords" by T-Pickle, "Geist's Useful Skill Dump" by Garviel Geist. and "Generic Skills for Legendary Lords" by Autumnchain.

It's also important to mention that all these mods work as of today and all are save game compatible!

Hello. I'm trying the mod out and first off, I think it's way too powerful to have these unlocked at level 1 or 2. They should at the very least have a level requirement. Also, I don't think you should make duplicate slot artifacts (meaning that if a LL has a unique armor behind a quest, I don't think you should give him a unique armor because then it's not really necessary to complete the quest).

@FeralZ Thorek only gets 2 modded artecfacts from this mod. Only 1 of the modded artefacts gives a 10% cooldown, which isn't very much. Klad Brakak is a vanilla item and this mod doesn't modify Klad Brakak. I don't think this is the mod turning your Thorek into a demigod

its not on custom battles, only on campaign map, i saw one of his artefact with 30s cooldown aoe explosion, i think its that. For artefacts i only use your mod, the others that might interfere could be a units balancing, but only touch units stats. And another one for Legendary lord factions buffs, traits and some skills. Testing now, deactivated all the mods, only your mod active. Started a game with him, i think its his weapon seeing in the skill tree "Klad Brakak" Bombardment 30s cooldown, Major magic dmg, 4s duration, no misscast. It has frenzy and sundering atk, but the low cooldown is insane with no misscast dmg, he can keep using it all the time. In the first battle i fought him he did 40k~50k dmg on my army alone, i don't remember the exact number. Op ability with low cooldown. I think you should tweak it, i don't like to nerf dmg or take away stats(some people may like it this way), but more cooldown or a misscast dmg, maybe both.

@FeralZ I'll have to check when I get home from work, but I don't recall giving Thorek an item that would do what you are describing. Are you sure it was an item from this mod?

i killed him in the end, his army i could drop morale with flank, but he doesn't take morale dmg, bought lots of poisoned wind globadiers and warpfire, took him out in the end, but it caused big dmg in the end

i found a broken artefact, the legendary rune dwarf(don't know his name), near khalida and skrolk. He had 2 cities, dwarfs are hard to fight at the beginning, lots of armor, i was playing with skrolk, he had an ability he could activate all the time(i think its 30s), lots of penetrating dmg, he was clearing my army alone, since i can't penetrate him, 1 use wipes 1 squad of mine, insane dmg and insane aoe, and no misscast dmg, he was a god. Most lords with op dmg skill has a big coldown, but not him, i think he should be nerfed, this insane artefact.

I must say, Malus is just too strong. You have to scare him to win battle. I would kindly point this out, Also Ungrim is quite strong. But aside from that - an amazing mod

@PandaMan534 Thanks for the compliments and I'm really happy you enjoy the mod! Unfortunately, I don't have any plans to make items for other mods. The main reason is I have very little time for modding these days and am prioritizing getting this mod ready for the Warhammer 3 IE map. The other reason I don't make items for other mods is to avoid updating conflicts

@stompie First off, I LOVE this mod. It is amazing and each item I have seen has been amazing and fluffy. Is there any chance you could do a set of artefacts for Mallobaude from the Mixu's Mousillon mod? You have some for the Red Duke, but boy I would just adore it if I could have artefacts on both the french vampire LL.

I can't see any in the skill tree. I wondered if maybe they were in the vault but I don't see anything there either.

@FanthCcp Sorry, but no idea. Sounds like a launcher issue. I always used Kaedrin's Mod Manager for Warhammer 2 mods. I don't think there is a custom mod manager for W3 yet

@Thrakerzod If that is the case for Cathay, I'll probably just end up giving them a full set of items then. I have implemented the item set mechanic, but it is only minor stuff for now. I'm sure I'll be making a lot of changes as the game gets bigger though

Cathay do get artefacts through trade caravans but none of them seem lord specific, I've gotten all the same ones as Miao Ying and Zhao Ming. some item slots have multiple trade artefacts and the items are seemingly missable if another race ends up taking the settlement you get them from. having specific items for each dragon from this mod would be very nice.


are you going to make use of the new item set mechanic that game 3 has for any of the artefacts this mod adds? that way you could throw another nice extra feature or two onto any lords that get all the items you make for them.

@Pezhetairos Kislev and Ogres are actually finished for now, but some of the new artefacts do buff Lords' unique strengths like you suggested. Modding progress has really slowed down for now, due to Elden Ring, but I'm probably going to do the Chaos Lords next. I'm still not sure what I'll do for Cathay, since I think they get artefacts through trade caravans (haven't played them yet)

Some small suggestions after playing them:
-Kugath (considering he was once a Nurgling himself) could get some extra Nurgling buffs, as the ones he gets are good but could maybe get some more to increase Nurgling-late-game-viability
-Greasus is supposed to be rather slow, being on his scooter and all, but I could rarely get him into prolonged combat because he was just too slow to keep up with the fast pace of the ogre-charges, so maybe a little extra speed for him; also maybe emphasis on his wealth (upkeep reduction, extra income?)
-Kostaltyn perhaps some buffs for Armored Kossars, as he has his "Firing up the common people"-shtick and seems to focus more on midtier units, among other similarities to Volkmar

Overall, aside from the personal buffs, I'd suggest to reinforce some of the unit-specializations a lord has (if he is supposed to have any), as CA has been a little stingy in that regard compared to late WH2.

Hey Stompie, I'm also glad you're continuing this into 3. Especially since the Dragon Siblings won't get any Unique items otherwise

A bit of a suggestion, for the Daemon LLs (Skarbrand, Kairos, Ku'Gath, N'Kari) all their items should cause TONS of their god's corruption. Like, every single one should give it.

@Yan I didn't find any conflict with this mod and the Valten mod. Keep in mind, the Valten mod hasn't been updated since July, or it could be another mod causing problems for you
