dunno how i just am never lucky enough to find a crowbar
Currently in the middle of developing a horror game to release around Halloween, and a long-term VR project, so unfortunately I'm a bit busy.
Bugged or am I missing something?
Same with my Embark mod. I have some updates in the pipe for it but haven't released them just yet. Making sure the current item table is stable first (addition of lots of clothing types and so on changed a bit).
I do see, where you are coming from with these recipes. I just wanted to point out that it may not be exactly a "common sense" recipe.
Welding a pipe and a small metal sheet together for a trowel and a small metal sheet and a sturdy stick for a shovel, I could get way easier behind. =)
Hoping you're keeping safe and sane during trying times.
To clarify a few things, I'm aware that there's a bug with the hiking bag recipe. This is to do with build 41 most likely, since bags have so many variations, their internal name has probably changed.
Since build 41 seems to pretty much be THE thing everyone is playing (myself included), I'm going to look at updating this mod specifically to support the changes it has made. This might take a little time. There are a LOT of additions to the animation update item-wise and I have a lot of stuff to sort through and check.
Thankfully, it seems 95% of this mod still works perfectly well with 41.
By the way, this mod now has over 16,000 subscribers. That's awesome.
Also I would probably add a recipe for a hiking bag consuming 2 Duffel bags and a belt.
And the only thing missing from the game would be to fins a use for twigs. Technically if you collect a lot of twigs you should be able to make a pretty good trap. Weave twigs into a mesh, dig a hole in the ground put the twig mesh on top of it and cover it with some foliage. The mesh would be strong enough to hold the foliage but not an anymal. If you want to be extra cruel - add some spikes to the pit...
But since this mod seem to only work with combining existing items, I am afaraid this twig trap is outside of its scope...
Apologies for the wait, I'm still trying to collect information about updated item names and such to do a proper update for anims IWBUMS branch. When I update, it will be on this workshop item. I will upload an old version as a separate workshop item for those who do not want to use new anims update.
I'd rather not maintain two versions of this mod.
Not sure if this would be a problem for anyone if I did update it and make it only playable in post-anims update.
