that would give you too much influence per turn mid-late game, but maybe do but tier 2 and 4 +1 inf

Playing Anith, I think the Elven court should give +1 inf when you build it, and then +2 in it's tier 4 state.

Actually didnt use his mod at all.... it takes 2mins to make, but ye i was inspired by his, so i will refer to it.

I like this less OP version of @Sunday_Assassin's mod! You should prob credit Sunday_Assassin in your mod description, tho.
