We are sorry to hear that you don't feel Part 3 is a worthwhile addition to your games. Many of the features were part of separate submods created because of player requests or inspired by player feedback, but eventually it was pretty difficult to keep everything co-ordinated, updated, and working together, hence why we brought it under the banner of Part 3. While we agree that the Overhaul was more flexible while the submods were modular and separate, we feel that our decision is justified as it allowed us to move forward in creating a more cohesive Overhaul experience, with the various parts interacting with each other more.
Construction not possible. You can only erect this building if you have built the previous building level.
But the T3 building are already finisch.
But i try Bretonnia and this mod doesnt work. Only tier 3 town is possible. I dont think that other mods make trouble because i test it with dwarf (same Mods) and it works correct.
- Added Tier 4 settlements to Wood Elves and Chaos factions, relying on their expanded settlement mechanics from Part 3 of the Radious Overhaul. This means that Part 3 is needed to play this mod and will crash otherwise,
- Removed walls from settlements of factions that don't have walled settlement maps, such as wood elves. It worked for auto-resolve, but resulted in bizarre behaviour of the game when it comes to choosing battle maps when such settlements were attacked,

- The legacy version will not be updated in the future and will not be supported.

I'M playing Wood Elves. When capturing normal settlements there is no possibility to build up tier 4. Is that right so, or a bug?
