I carried this purple hat with me throughout the entirety of HL1's resized maps.
Needless to say, I don't think I'm getting my hair back, nor its color.

But on a real note, do this challenge. It's a very fun and annoying way to replay through HL1. You can climb backwards up ladders so you don't do a Pyrocynical. Bonus points if you bring it with you to the Nihilanth, but Interloper broke my patience.

that's your problem, i got it to that bit in Surface Tension with the HECU fighting the Xenians before the AI disabled, and barely even dropped it once

Bruh you don’t know how much pain I have to go through with that hat every time I either end up dropping it or end up dying thousands of times so I just gave up
