If the out-of-date prompt is appearing even after re-subscribing, it's possible that steam workshop could somehow be getting stuck on an older or cached version of the mod.
If you're on Windows and see a folder named 1430042811 in Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\322330, deleting it should hopefully resolve this issue. Aside from that, I'm out of ideas.
I tried releasing a "dummy update" in an attempt to stop workshop from getting stuck.
let me know if any of this helps!
Have you updated to the mod's latest version? I haven't noticed any problems while testing.
THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! <3
I will try using this on my Wurt server later too because merms are also great at disrupting my pinecone planting. <_<
When you get a crash screen, there should be a number in the crash message. like workshop/219512719 for example
That number is the workshop ID, and it can help you find out which mod is causing your crashes.
Feel free to!
Easiest example of what I mean is when you want to pllace something behind a tree. The tree is blocking your view and your mouse. You have to rotate to be able to place sth.
But eg when placing saplings it can get frusttrating, cause you are able to see behind a sapling, but your mouse does not go through. In the following 2 screenshots you can see that there is only a very very small mouseposition where I can plant it, while a tiny mouse movement dont let me plant it:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1805006558
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1805007250
So a solution could be, that in case there is only one valid action, the mouse prefers this one. So when hovering the mouse over an tree with a sapling , the only valid action would be to place it behind the tree.
I will also post this at Stacking Enabler mod page.
Let me describe it:
There is something directly in front of the place you want to build sth. the placement is not blcoked, you are able to place it there. But because sth is standing in front the "build" (or plant) action wont appear. You have to rotate the camera to be able to place it. And in case many things are around that place, even rotating the camera wont help, although it should be possible to place it there.
I'd recommend spawning a few tumbleweed spawners around your map's dragonfly desert, It's a cheaty solution, but you've been dealt a somewhat gamebreaking hand of cards.

thanks for the amazing addition, and with such a speedy responce too
THANK YOU.
i don't know what my luck is, but i like having a base near a source of tumbleweeds, and it is so terrible for basebuilding as they block structures like a crockpot blocks structures.
other than that little footnote, this is one of the most useful utilities i have ever used. thanks for the utility.
