That would be because of Zona. GMod and Source work in that if the map was created with same named files, it won't have issues. However if you do not have these files pre-installed, then you need them from materials.
If you have another pack that uses these materials, then attempt to download the materials pack here. The names will conflict and Source does not know which one to use. Thus presenting a missing texture error. NuclearGhost was simply being cheeky as SoC doesn't mount natively with GMod. However by default you need HL2 to display basic HL2 textures.
tl;dr The error is on your end and you need to find what's causing the conflict.
