You should pretty much always use static props unless the prop needs to be tied to an entity (prop_dynamic) or needs to be a detail prop of some kind (prop_physics). When used in a compile, prop_static entities have better performance, better shadows, and can't be deleted with the context menu, for starters.

Yakuza Merkitzi, prop_dynamic trees have hard performance, so I mixed them with prop_static.

I may ask why the Trees are Dynamic props instead of static props?
(Halo Glows around them when i hold down C and hover over them)
