added a modified version of the ressurection layout that will select the middle option for you automatically since its the only option available anyways.

Death is unpredictable. This mod makes even dying interesting!

(Unfortunately, now I'm at negative XP from trying it out and am going to have to work hard just to start earning experience again!) One suggestion: since there's only one option have it preselected so you can just hit the check button.

This doesn't appear to have published correctly. Try shortening the name by one character and publishing it again.
