This is nice. Now I can start the recreation of my hometown with this. Now all i need is the interchange for I-65 and I-264 that connects the fairgrounds and the airport

This is actually very accurate considering the restraints of the game. I would say 90%.

Hey do you think you could make a version that does not require mass transit? Just really love the look of this but cant afford the DLC :/

Thanks for the information. Yes indeed. even I never imagined how you country it looks like. for accuracy I am just able to cover as much as I can, but it will never be the 70-80% I guess. I probably only get 50% or less. that how hard making the intersection that I never ever see in real life, my country is not great as your country. don't have a large interchange or spaghetty.

If you don't live in Louisville this is the junction of I-64, I-65, I-71 north part of downtown. I-65 runs North-South, I-64 East-West, I-71 (which ends in Louisville) runs North toward Cinci. I-65 is now 2 1 way roads over the river into Indiana. North bound has exits at Brooks and Muhammad Ali. South bound has exits at St. Catherine then UofL main campus. I-64 West has exits at Story Ave, 3rd St, 9th St, 22nd St. I'm 48 and this is the new revision of this intersection. It was worse before. It's always been called Spaghetti Junction or The Junction. I-65 was supposed to go across where the 2nd St. bridge is today, hence the curve at what is known as Hospital Curve. It is nor represented in this interchange. Also, this interchange would be closer to the river. Little information for you =)

oh never any critisism meant. I just was stating that you recreated the NEW version of that real life interchange, the previous version in real life was horrid, anyone living in that city knew it was a disaster. I hope you have a great one and keep up with the cool assets.

alright Pamani

I know this problem too.
In real life gaps between levels is 6 or 7 meters. It's possible because roads IRL are more thin than in Cities Skylines. In game we need to have at least 8 meters below a small road (1 and 2 lanes highways) and 9 meters below a large road (3+ lanes highways). This makes the slope sometimes 50% steeper than IRL.

However I try not too increase too much from IRL size.
Arisandi  [author] 17 Jul, 2018 @ 10:17am
if reach the border area limit in asset editor Fine Road Tool will not work ( as you seen on new picture i add)but will not effect in game glitching will back to normal. i made update more closely to IRL. and the problem when make Real life Interchange is, when i made slope in the short area, slope become too steps so wisely i increasing area more enough for slopes of ramp at the exit. this prove real life size is defferent than this game. if we push force to close to the real but slope sometime not gently enough.even very too steps because some part area is too tinny. sorry my english i am lazy using help google translate but i think you understan what i mean. i hope you like to check my update changes in game.

I'll try to fix it
Hackmycomputer 17 Jul, 2018 @ 6:03am
the scale when it comes to the curves south of the bridges area seems a little off needs a bit more space and less curving but not by a ton. but otherwise I do believe you have it pretty close, the ramps seem to be where they are IRL.
Arisandi  [author] 16 Jul, 2018 @ 7:13am
which I fear I made wrong. i want someone to correct me,if i make mistake and i will fix it. my guide is only on google map :)

You have NO idea how what you see is actually an improvement over what HAD been there before the new bridge. Unless you live there, then you know.
