Hey man. I've been using this a lot but I had to stop because it's quite obnoxious sounding for the Xen area. I think you should mod it so it doesn't do anything on Xen since it's not really fitting there. I REALLY like it for everything else though so please update it.

I read the description but I have a few question.
1. Is this exactly the same as Half Life? Some people know about HL footsteps.
2. Is this include ladder sound?
3. Are you planning to make classic XEN Idle and footsteps?

OK this time its working fine , for some reason, not sure how ,guess u have to try typeing snd_restart or subcribe two times and restart i guess, anyway thanks :)

@ProudLove [TW] 崔 oh i thought u meant '' fixing in progress'', well i just checked now, theres still problem about walking on metal grate thing , where u hear screek type of sound except other footsteps sounds are fine,, i tried disable other mods and verify cache plus snd_restart , im still having this problem, is anyone also having this problem too or is it me?

Are footstep sounds included in this addon resampled using Cubic method(first in my example audio) like they are in the video? Or are they resampled using Linear method(second in my example audio) like they are in the original HL1?

Are they in this cubic resampled format as heard in the video, or linear resampled as they are in HL1?
