The joke is that it is never actually explained how Isaac is able to shoot through glasses. (which also rises a question about 20/20 but it's a joke after all so let's not go there)
This is why I never replied by saying that the tear will not fit through the black dot.
(also I guess the joke is kind of ruined now but I think it's better to forget about a joke then to start a war in the comments)
