Having issues. Its not showing up in the Mod setting config. Are there any incompatibilities with any of the squad select mods?

I have subbed to this mod, and I get this error upon starting the game: "Error detected attempting load of package: Reinforce." Anyone know a fix? I've tried verifying the integrity of local files, and reinstalling Xcom 2, to no avail.

Ok so I just did the "AdventFacilityBLACKSITE" mission and this mod almost screwed me up because I was trying to evacuate quickly after achieving the goal but I couldn't leave because my latest reinforcement soldier had to dash across the whole map for about 6 turns straight, so I had to stick it out and fight, which resulted in a few more injured soldiers than I would have had otherwise without this mod.

If there was some sort of ability to shut off more reinforcements before they happen, while in-mission, that would be a huge improvement.

@Tigermask809 and @Planewalker - there is a JETPACK mod that allows you to select units that have the JetPack equipped, and they stay on the Skyranger until you call them in AT ANY TIME you want. However, to be completely honest, I've only recently downloaded it and it haven't played with it at all... I also suspect that the issues with control and not being able to evac the reinforced people would still be a problem if you're having those issues.

A reinforcement ability when extra squads are available would take this to the next level.
(maybe doable via the highlander, idk?)

There are instances where you have to select two squads for a mission while it is not optimal.
-an option to start the mission with only one squad even if two are possible would be good.

Thank you for an otherwise awesome mod.

What would make this mod perfect is that not only can I make 2 seperate squads, but mid game there's an ability much like EVAC that calls the second squad in, identical to how the enemy reinforcements drop in. If someone can make that mod i'll pay you honestly

Could Anybody or the Author update this Mod as i love it so much but i am really hating having soldiers deploy as reinforcements and then getting stuck with no way to extract them. Kills off my play throughs everytime. If that is at all possible it would be greatly appreciated.

Hi @-bg-! I have a few questions if you could answer.

1) Does this mod support the Additional Mission Types Redux mod?

2) If comment out the +MissionEnableReinfChoose= or +MissionEnableReinf= configs does that switch them off and also can I switch the mission types around?
3) If I was to set InitialRNFDelay=4, RNFInterval=0 and MaxSquadSize=6 with the base game 4 starting soldiers, would that mean after the first 4 turns in a mission that I would get the 2 soldiers together or is it only possible to have one soldier per turn?
4) Lastly, more of a request really. Is it possible/would you be willing to set individual MaxSquadSize= configs for each individual mission type?

@-bg- hi!

May you fix the bug with control units from reinforcments? Soldiers appears on map but can't be controlled at all - not moving, not shooting, not doing any actions, just standing on reinforsment point

I don't want to be able to spawn Xcom reinforcements on every mission (how would that even work, half the squad takes longer to drop from the skyranger for some arbitrary reason?), I just want to be able to have more reinforcements on chosen avenger defence.
Is it possible to configure the mod to work for only that and no other mission type?

I am having a similar issue. Soldiers appear on the map, but I can't control them, and they don't do anything on their own. I'd be ok with them being controlled by an AI, but right now all they do is sit there and take hits

Ok now it has started to drop more reinforcemtns like it should. but i am unnable to move these troops, control them at all. I cant finish missions becvause im unnable to extract them

hello i have over 350 mods and i loke them all ;D but i have problems in mission where i play vs Lost i have realy big laags between moves charackters. i thing it happened cause i have too many enemys on map and to many losts too. my question is is it possible to make mod where u can save me some laags when i killing some enemis they desepear from map and dont shit my memory for low laags :)

Hm, It also seems to only drop 1 reinforcement when it kicks in and then no one else comes afterwords, any idea on how i can fix this?

Hey any idea on how to get this mod to kick in, ive kept playing mission after mission and the reinforcments never start to come in, despite setting up the secondary squad prior to Drop off. I REALLY want this mod to work

I think missions are created by the game before they appear on the geoscape. Pre-WotC I had problems disabling an enemy mod mid-campaign. Maybe there's something similar going on with this mod?

So, after realizing that this mod isnt exactly what I had needed, I had uninstalled it. However, even after resetting to an old save, my game still has the XCom Reinforcements Sitrep, and Im unable to figure out how to fix it. Could I maybe have help with this?

Perhaps an ini switch so you only get reinforced when someone dies? From the L/I side of things (prob not your intended audience but I do love mods) there are two issues: soldiers reinforce at the lz which just means you have to drag them across the field while everyone waits which is usually not worth it unless someone died (my reinforcements are always all medics). Second, the site rep shows up on timed mission where reinforcements are actually a negative thing (unless someone dies). Sorry for the long post I hope I am not being annoying :)

The first few missions the mod worked fine. Now the soldiers appear and you can do anything with them. Just click on the and that’s it. Also is there a way to keep this mod from calling upon tired soldiers?

I dont know if this is happening to anyone else but I'm running into an issue where reinforcments won't pop up if there is RealityMachina's hostile factions mods SITREP present. The mission runs fine but no reinforcements (Cult of Jurad, MOC X, Marauders, etc.)

@Ezrael. You have to increase your absolute soldiers on the field number in the ini.
@all Another Point for crashing the system is not only the grafic settings. it´s the resolution of the screen settings. I played a resolution of 1280 x 920 ( or so). I had to reduce the grafic settings from middle towards small to minimum and still crashed the game. Especially when Explosions were to come ( throwing a granade or a rocket, a firethrower blast) . I raised the resolution settings to max (for my laptop) 1900 x 1080 (or something like that). Setting the grafic settings to middle and voila it works now. Sometimes the game crashes but thats the program itself nothing to do with this mod.

people, tell me please! I do not have more than 2 reinforcements, that is, a mission of a maximum of 8 soldiers, although at the very beginning the second detachment was also assembled from 6 soldiers. What do I need to do to have 12 units for the mission? PLZ HELP!

So I applied that console command and the mission still crashed. I can't even load the mission. Oh well. I guess I will just turn off haven assaults in settings.

Oh so its this? I have a blacksite mission in New Brazil with the Hunter Chosen. Its a Haven Assault and it won't let me play this mission. Every time I begin mission the game crashes. The one thing I noticed is it says Sitrerep reinforcements enabled, yet it doesn't let me choose reinforcements like it has normally all my other past missions.

Does that mean I have to use the ForceRefreshAllExistingMissionsReinf to patch this mission?

Update - I decided to do another mission before doing the blacksite...and now it seems to work fine. Very odd...but I suggest anyone else do the same if they encounter my problem!

Very cool mod! However, this does not seem to work on story missions (or at least on the blacksite mission) all my reinforced troops are just standing at the start of the map...and I can't even control them at all...works fine for every other map though i've done!

Confirm. Working perfectly. Awesome job -bg-. One thing though, on missions with 2 parts like the Chosen base assaults and the Elder base at the end, any chance you can set it so that reinforcements also arrive in the second parts of those missions?
