Use "Ethernal edition of CD" by Hunter instead, it's the most advanced and up to date CD

5 seconds elapse from the moment I get to control my character, the "Controlled Difficulty" text pops up in chat, and the server dies.
I also ran into a crash issue that was resolved by changing MaxObjectsNotConsideredByGC to 33476. You can find that setting in the KFEngine.ini file.

Go to <KF2 Server Root>\KFGame\Config\PCServer-KFEngine.ini (Windows) or <KF2 Server Root>/KFGame/Config/LinuxServer-KFEngine.ini (GNU/Linux)
Find the section [OnlineSubsystemSteamworks.KFWorkshopSteamworks].
Paste the following line under it:
ServerSubscribedWorkshopItems=909271656 // RPWMod
[h1]The manual way[/h1]
1. Subscribe to RPW Mod in Steam Workshop on your own PC.
2. Start KF2 once so that the file RPWmod.u is downloaded.
3. Search for RPWmod.u in the <My Documents>\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Cache directory.
4. Copy the file and upload it to your server. Place it in the <KF2 Server Root>/KFGame/BrewedPC/Script/ directory. If it's not present, create it.

... and search for ControlledDifficulty.u . Once you find it, copy the file and upload it to your server. Place it in the <KF2 Server Root>/KFGame/BrewedPC/Script/ directory. If it's not present, create it.
There is no necessity to manually download the ControlledDifficulty.u file if you wish to use this CD build on your server. Simply subscribe the server to this Workshop item. Since then all NEW players who recently installed the game is always crashing from Controlled Difficulty servers. In order to fix if you they to go to
My Documents\My Games\KillingFloor2\KFGame\Config
then find file KFEngine.ini
and replace
MaxObjectsNotConsideredByGC=179220
to
MaxObjectsNotConsideredByGC=33476
This will fix Bugsplat for them, old players who play KF2 for a long time already have this fixed, since they installed game long time ago. Spread it among your friends who play on CD servers.

i was thinking about what is the full name, like DTF = Donw To Fuck

i was wanting to ask it becouse in KF is 100% possible to add more waves even the legenth is called as long ( 10 waves ).
in KF waves were configured like: SumoSp WaveSetup 00 / SumoSp WaveSetup 01 / SumoSp WaveSetup 03 ....
But now in KF2 are configured like: sink[i++] = / sink[i++] = ...
in KF was like KF2 Endles, wave255 limit, so if i put more than 10 sink[i++] = i can have more waves? or it will brake the game and don't work the spawncycle?
If only we could get more people to host servers with this, though...
