Hello to all MOD users, if you are using this mod then you hopefully looked at the last time I updated it... almost 3 years ago... i.e IT IS NOT UP TO DATE....and I have no plans to update it currently. I have not played nor modded Torchlight 2 in all this time, and none of my mods are up to date as the game as been patched many times since I last modded it.. so yes its very possible this mod, and my other mods dont work anymore.

Sorry but please use common sense, and look at when a mod was last updated before attempting its use. The mod is still here and posted so that if someone wanted to update it/make it better or merge it into a compiliation after fixing said issues, they can and have my permission to do so. Good Luck.

guys if you use this mod you'll break your right click quick equipping function and it gets really annoying not worth the added bonus when there are tons of other mods that do most of what this does. The nice thing here is that the extra slots are good for stacking move stats only.

Thanks for the mod! To fix the auto-equip problem, you just need to set the "<BOOL>AUTOPLACE:false" located in the containers folder to true (that is if you use GUTS). Also, you can delete the playerstash files in the mod so that it won't conflict with compilation mods.

Yepper I too lose my amulet and my pet losses ANY Color or Tags worn. If I close the game then relaunch it the items go bye-bye. So thanks for screwing that up !!

Suddnely I have lost my xtra ring slots and cannot wear an amulet at all... If I do manage to equip an amulet, if I go to any other area, the equipped amulet is missing, lost.

so were does the items go when i shift click cuz my pet dosent take it
i would like to be able to give my pet stuff to sell when i send it to town ya know but i cant in this mod
any thought on changing that

If you put everything into shared stash, then you shouldn't have any problems switching to this one...at least I didn't. This inventory mod does conflict with couple other mods though (Bandit's Combine Them All and Xev's Pets), but DraconiusKnight did say he would see if he could integrate Xev's Pets into Power Packed with one of the next big updates.

Question: If we switch to your inventory control will it keep all the items that fit or empty them?

Could you put out a sort of "lite" mod that only adds the extra equipment slots? Mainly asking since I'm using other compilation mods that includes BigBagMod, which gives me larger stash inventory in total than yours iirc. Just wanna eliminate as many clashes between mods as possible, and not having to worry that much about load order.

Thats a known issue, and is a problem with how the code works for assigning items to the correct slots when Right clicking. Since the custom slots had to be made from scratch to accomodate the additional items Torchlight 2 does not know where to assign items(as the new slots are not entered in the code) when using the right click functionality. All you have to do is drag and drop your items into the correct slots.As I told the last person (as in 1 out of 813 subscribers) its a small price to pay for all the added functionality and bonsues.

Also.. you cannot fast-move items to enchanters and stuff like that.. but selling items works

There is a small issue in the mod, but i don't think it's that big of a deal, but it gets annoying really fast. when you have 1 item on you inventory and u quick-equip it (with right-click) it doesn't work.. and i tryed without this mod and it worked.. so it's from this mod. i hope it will be fixed in the later versions because it's a nice mod upgrade for the play style of the player ^.^

I may attempt to see whether I can make a single version of the Power Packed mod together as a merged mod with Xev's pets if the author allows it, But It would just be added to the next updated version of the Power Packed mod, to reduce compatibility issues wit Xev's pets. I would of course credit the Author for his addition to the mod if he allows it to be added. I just dont want to have two different versions of the mod up and running and have to constantly update both, as I am not done ith the Power packed mod yet, more features are going to be added.

Did a little testing myself, and yes, the Xev pet mods cause conflict with this, along with the Combine them all mod. Synergies was fine, though. Gonna mess with the editor and see if I can fix it.
EDIT: modifying Xev's pets and removing the modification to the pet's inventory and then loading Xev above Combine them all solves the problems and keeps everything working togeather, and finally gives me my 5 pages of pet inventory goodness, and lets me actually use it. It even keep's the skills and spells used by the pets! Whoo!

Actually, I'm having same conflict with pet inventories. Its probably due to either Xev's Pets or Combine Them All. Any mod that adds or alters pets, messes with the pet layouts...i think specifically the pet containers. Lyravega the author of Bigger Inventory actually developed a new pet basefile that she and Bandit the author of Combine Them All have been able to get pet inventories to work. Its also been implemented into BigBagMod, Xev's Pets, and i think Synergies. I'm sure if you are interested, Bandit could pass along that basefile...would make Power Packed play alot nicer with pet mods. Either way, just want to add that this is a great mod so far. Really like the additions to extra gear slots to player and pets, as well as being able to socket and enchant pet gear. Thanks for the hardwork ;)

Don't know what to tell you about not being able to access your pets inventory, I can see mine just fine, and as a matter of fact played with this mod last night for several hours without any of the issues your describing, except the missing buttons you describe in the consumables and Spell tabs, as I forgot to place the graphic representations for the buttons on those tabs, but the buttons still work.

I think you were using another mod previously that may have altered Inventory Layout files, or you are using a mod currently that is messing up mine. I hate to say it but you are also the only one to even mention these issues with the mod so far out of 250 subscribers. I think there is something on your end causing these issues.

Current Problems-
Cant access my pets inventory. I can see and access it when shopping with characters, but just bringing it up and accessing the stash shows an empty inventory, even when their are items inside it.
Pet's inventory has the page slider to access more pages of inventory, however it only shows 1/1 pages, instead of 5. This is useless except when at the blacksmith and can access the inventory, however when shopping, the UI shows no buttons to access different pages, even clicking the empty spot's where they should be lead to nothing. rendering the pets inventory nearly useless.
When selecting the Consumables inventory and Spells Inventory, the buttons on my characters inventory to go to different pages are gone. Clicking the spots where they are cause the pages to change, so they work perfectly, I believe it's just a visual problem causing them to not be seen.

Hey Man Thanks for the compliment. Yeah I was using the synergies mod when I took that screen shot and Salan uses your models. I am actually working on a mod myself that maybe using your models as well. They are really good. Unfortunately thats one thing I havent started working with yet is 3d modeling or importing models into the game. I'd really like to know how you do it,and start practicing.

Holy shit yes. You managed to add all the pet stuff. Was already using your mod to test it out, guess I'm gonna have to make this a new permant mod in my lineup. 5 stars.

No. The Right click equip and Auto Equip functions are designed for vanilla slot types which this mod over writes to allow for the additional equipment slots I have created. The issue is basically that the code is written for the predetermined slots, not the new ones so essentially Torchlight 2 doesnt know where to Equip the item. You'll just have to equip things the old fashioned way "Drag and Drop". Small price to pay for all the added functionality, and bonuses.

nice mod, thx for making it. I have noticed since using this mod that the auto-equip and right click equip functions do not work when the mod is active. I've checked all the other mods Im using already to see if one of them was causing the issue but they aren't, and this is the only inventory mod I use. Is there any way you can do a fix for that?

Is this mod compatible with Synergies? With the common Pet mods? Can you realease a stand-alone version without the inventory changes, compatible with the other inventory mods, for those that want to use those inventory mods? I, personally, am in love with my bonus gem bag in Bigger Inventory, and would find it hard to give that up. Also, would a UI mod work on your inventory? like the Diablo UI mods, or the Dragon UI mod?

And now that I have asked my questions, awesome mod, really freaking cool, and if you can get the pet's stuff working, I will be incredibly happy and impressed. Good luck!

Like the extra rings/necklace idea—that's fantastic.

Looking forward to seeing your solution for socketing/enchanting pet inventory. (I tried doing so briefly with no luck.)
