If you mean that you can't find the item in the TTT-shop: It looks like on the icon on steam.

Your addon sadly dosent work in sandbox, But I noticed while I had it installed it had a black shade at the corners of my screen. (Well this is what I experienced)

I made the addon especially for TTT but maybe it works. I haven't tested it yet^^
