Does this increase the American passenger's mass to about 400KG? It's reaslistic if it does

Normally it's 200 kg for each passenger, while the train capacity is 4x smaller.
With this mod it's 80 kg per passenger, which is useful when you use trains with real capacities.

Hi, what is the default passanger weight, before applying your mod?
