I fixed it, but due to some weirdness, it's not showing up in WotC.
I can't find, in my code, where "SpecializedType=True". In what file did you see it?
What you need to to is removed the following from the end of each code. It's likely gonna work, just look out for incompatible mods:
Remove ", SpecializedType=true"
Boom! Fixed it for me.
cant choose the voice
You and me both.
Not unless Penny gets more screen time. The human soldiers have far more voice prompts than SPARKs, and Penny doesn't actually have all that many lines for me to use. You technically COULD get it to work by commenting out/altering a few lines in the config, but I didn't bother setting up most of the human-specific prompts.

Okay, I made a new build. See if I fixed it this time!
I called upon the ancient wisdom of r/xcom2modding, and they think they may have found something. Cross your fingers.
It can get wierd sometimes. Sometimes they're available for SPARKs, sometimes they're available for humans, sometimes they appear in neither place at all! I'm trying to fix it, but the going is slow.
Aye, that they be.
Yeah, it's buggy as all hell, even in vanilla, but I'm trying to figure out what's wrong. I just can't explain it.
Fixed it! Torchwick should be louder now. :-)
Qrow's taking a while: he has a lot of lines for me to sort through.
I have one smallcritiqe, however. Not with this mod, but the Torchwick one. All of the Torchwick soundbites are way quieter then all the other RWBY voices. Is that how its suppose to be, or is my system screwing something up?
Thank you! It's always nice to hear feedback. Are you playing with WotC, or Vanilla?
You mean SPARKs, right, not MECs? Do you have any mods installed? Are you using base game or WotC?
I wish it were.
Thank you!
That mechanized voice is creepy as f*ck! ;)
