The Essence cost of a new Arc exceeds the maximum capacity of what you can gather, meaning that you can't make new Arcs when you have advanced Arc module in the design.
The game does not display weapon modules equipped on certain hull types in the ship editor, which seems to cause the game to lock up on the battle-loading screens. It finishes loading up, tooltips become available on flotilla strategies and efficiency, but the battle won't start or show the "press key to start" message. The offending ship classes seem to be the Toisam-class (Protector) and the Arks (any variation).
The weapon modules are normally effective when battles are set to be skipped, but actually allowing the game to play the battle scenes causes the issue.
I'm not sure whether this happens on the Vaulters/Supremacy game versions since I don't own them yet, but just something to look into.
It had some nice approaches to dealing with things that I wanted to reference, like making the Arks get progressively better as the game proceeds.
I had all three mods on and it wouldn't lock yesterday, so I don't know what the causative factor is! Probably some arcane variable like a certain Vodyani Hero on a fleet versus Champion Pods or something. Which could very well be an Amplitude thing and in no way due to Aitarus.
I'm loading Combat Mod, then Vodyani, then Politics. Have I loaded something in the wrong order? I think that was the order of them when he was still modding.
