Yeah I would expect this one to be simple enough that 1.6 wouldn't affect it.
Darius Wolfe 15 Jul @ 8:35pm
Appears to work with 1.6. Currently testing on a tribal start, and I see the wooden prosthetics and the glass eyes in the available bills.
Doctor Worm 28 Jul, 2024 @ 4:26pm
Thanks! Was looking for a prosthetic mod that doesn't add a billion new items and a thousand new work benches.
Thundercraft 19 Mar, 2024 @ 5:24am
Umm... Well, it turns out that other version (below) is a forked version that only contains about half the content of this one. It only offers:
Glass Eyes
Prosthetic/Bionic Hands
Prosthetic/Bionic Feet
Prosthetic Digits (Fingers and Toes)
Prosthetic Noses
Thundercraft 19 Mar, 2024 @ 5:19am
Any chance of an update for 1.4...
Never mind. I found a continued version updated for 1.4:

Should work fine with 1.4
Khan Elros II 21 Oct, 2022 @ 6:13pm
1.4 compatible?
JayleeVT 6 Aug, 2022 @ 11:15am
Haha I literally am looking for a prosthetic nose patch since my poor doctor had her nose BLASTED OFF...
crashfly 27 Jul, 2022 @ 10:29am
This mod says it adds prosthetic noses, yet I do not see prosthetic noses available to build. I have the necessary research completed. Noses are not there.
Asiltic 30 May, 2022 @ 1:48pm
Would be funny if the nose required human leather
EpyonComet 20 Feb, 2022 @ 12:18am
Hi, would you consider adding a prosthetic jaw with 100% efficiency (as opposed to the denture, which has 80%)? Obviously not a big deal, but it would be nice to have on principle. Thank you for your very useful mod!
Achilles 27 Jan, 2022 @ 6:11pm
what are the crafting costs? can you add them in the description, please?
and how do you unlock the archotech prosthetics?
Other_Olly 2 Oct, 2021 @ 9:42pm
Physicist Tycho Brahe is known for having had a prosthetic nose made of gold. That would be *really* heavy.
Thundercraft 18 Aug, 2021 @ 11:36pm
"Hook Hand - 1 wood"

"Prosthetic Nose - 1 steel"

Umm... No offense, but isn't this backwards? Wouldn't it be better to make a prosthetic nose out of wood since it is lightweight, easier material to work with, more natural-looking (or easier to paint) and cheaper? And why make a hook hand out of wood when one could make it out of steel, instead? A wood hand would be prone to damage or breakage and would not be sharp at all.
Raif Redacted 30 Jul, 2021 @ 3:08am
Does the glass eye actually grant a boost to vision, despite being non-bionic and granting no (realistic) vision?
Time Rider  [author] 29 Jul, 2021 @ 7:01am
I don't play with any other prosthetics mods so I can't guarantee compatibility, but this mod only adds new defs, it doesn't modify any except for one, which is the wooden hand. It should be compatible with any other mod that doesn't modify the wooden hand, regardless of load order.
Komissar Rudinov 28 Jul, 2021 @ 4:03pm
Do you recommend putting this mod above or below EPOE?
smikeproject 26 Jul, 2021 @ 5:05am
is it compatible with others Prosthetics mods ?
Such as :
Cybernetic
Orasaka
RBSE
etc.
Komissar Rudinov 22 Jul, 2021 @ 5:20pm
Very nice! We appreciate your hard work
Time Rider  [author] 22 Jul, 2021 @ 2:01pm
Just pushed a fix for bone repair surgeries. I changed the recipe def from inheriting parent "SurgeryFlesh" to "SurgeryInstallBodyPartArtificialBase". Very odd as I tested bone repair surgeries on the beta 1.3 branch and they worked fine, but something changed when Ideology was released. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Komissar Rudinov 22 Jul, 2021 @ 12:50pm
Repair bone says material missing. Material is not missing. I have over 10 times the required material.
Жупар Де Сольё 20 Jul, 2021 @ 11:54am
Bone Repair not working for me. I have 10 plasteel, 2 medic box and medic 9 lvl. What else? I can install prosthetic elements.
The Golden Knight 2 Feb, 2021 @ 12:38pm
This mod needs a 1.2 update, according to the in-game listing.
sneezegoo 14 Oct, 2020 @ 2:34am
If you are still working on this mod could you add prosthetic ears to fix disfigured?
Yoann 10 Oct, 2020 @ 2:35pm
I made an alternative and updated version here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2254065016

I rewrite many things to fit closer to original xml files, but I kept your mod as a base. Tell me if you are not okay with that.
Yoann 5 Oct, 2020 @ 1:17pm
Do you plan to update for 1.2 please?

I was starting to plan to made a lite version of EPOE before find your mod, after a last research without the filter "1.2" this time. It's what I had on mind, with only few more thing.

What I saw who maybe need to be updated:
_HookHand is now already in the game (in wood)
_Bionic Liver description is "An advanced artificial stomach." (old error?)
_Archotech Hand, Heart, Spine and Stomach are not mentionned in the mod description.
_It seems that "shattered bones" now cure by themself now, so the Bone Repairs become useless. Or maybe it's like a scar that I not yet saw, but your mod add the Bone Repair option for a little injury who cure by herself right now.

I will do it for myself if you don't have the time, I need this mod for my next game :)
McSpazz 12 Aug, 2020 @ 12:46pm
What's the ETA on getting this updated for 1.2?
oz 28 May, 2020 @ 2:39pm
Getting a bug on create game that seems to come from here:

Could not load reference to Verse.ThingDef named RPP_RechargeStation_Omni_V
Time Rider  [author] 26 Mar, 2020 @ 11:01pm
Komissar Rudinov & BigGoldCadillac - I've fixed the bug where recipes for prosthetics were not appearing in the workbench
IskJavalin - Glass eyes remove the 'disfigured' social debuff from missing body parts
Depraved Arachnophile 25 Mar, 2020 @ 1:53pm
I think it'd be a nice QoL improvement if there was interaction between this and Keep Hands and Feet, whereby installing a Bionic arm would also install the individual digits and such. Just a suggestion though.
IskJavalin 24 Mar, 2020 @ 2:04pm
What does the glass eye do? Ive installed it and i cant figure it out.
BigGoldCadillac 23 Mar, 2020 @ 8:13pm
i cant find where the prosthetic fingers and toes are. i have four colonists with missing toes
Komissar Rudinov 23 Mar, 2020 @ 3:49am
I tried to fix it. I couldn't, so I just copied your prosthetic digit code into a new mod, all 3 files, made it bionic, bumped the efficiency to 1.25, made it cost 5 plasteel and 1 spacer component
Komissar Rudinov 23 Mar, 2020 @ 12:31am
I was able to locate it in the list of installable body parts, and then I was able to spawn one with commands. I was able to execute an operation to install it. I have, therefore, concluded, that this is a problem with the recipe.
Komissar Rudinov 23 Mar, 2020 @ 12:11am
I installed and enabled the mod, and I noticed that, while bionic hands and feet were now options, prosthetic hands and feet were not, they were not even listed in the research screen, and neither were "digits", bionic or prosthetic.
Omega13 10 Mar, 2020 @ 1:33am
is this compatible with RBSE
Time Rider  [author] 29 Feb, 2020 @ 4:28am
Thanks everyone for the feedback, I've incorporated it into the latest update. Sorry for the long wait, real life gets in the way but I couldn't delay any longer with the release of 1.1 and the Royalty expansion. I'm not sure if I'm happy with the change from prosthetic fingers and toes to prosthetic digits; it slightly reduces clutter in the workbench recipe list, but doubles the clutter in the surgery list as having a prosthetic digit in your stockpile adds 20 surgeries to the list (10 fingers and 10 toes) instead of before where prosthetic fingers/toes would add 10 each. Please let me know how you feel about this change, if I should keep it or revert it to how it was before.
Hiztaar 28 Feb, 2020 @ 12:01am
Hello ! Any plan for a 1.1 update ?
AmbiguousMonk 10 Sep, 2019 @ 10:43am
I'm super picky about my prosthetic mods and I've been looking for the perfect one for the longest time. This appears to be the closest to perfect I've found yet and I'm super excited about it. That being said, I do have a couple of suggestions:

Like @Cpt. Squirrel said: I think combining toes and fingers into "Prosthetic digits" and just using that as the ingredients for both finger and toe surgeries would be perfect. Additionally, I also agree that Prosthetic Organs (the non-bionic ones) don't really make sense and imbalance the game a little bit, since your pre-bionic organs are ideally supposed to come from harvesting organic organs from pawns. The prosthetic ones kinda supplant this since crafting them is way, way easier than harvesting, enough so that the poor performance of prosthetic organs still makes them totally worth it. This is especially true if you use the rot-able organs mod, which I do
Cpt. Squirrel 8 Aug, 2019 @ 5:17pm
Using the in-game items as a reference, the internal organs that are in the game are "Bionics" and are not prosthetics. This makes the game a little harder (or rather, much easier with this mod on).
Cpt. Squirrel 8 Aug, 2019 @ 5:14pm
Two things: Can you combine toes and fingers to one item to reduce bulk (something like "small limbs") and Prosthetic Kidneys and Livers does not make any sense in realism standpoint. Those body parts are very complex biological organs that Bionics would be capable of reproducing (maybe) but prosthetics would not. Prosthetics lungs would maybe work because they are not as complex, mostly being expandable bags with little air exchanging things inside of. Fix this and I will use it no doubt.
ACID 3 Jun, 2019 @ 8:30am
It would be nice if you could add a (non-functioning) glass eye to remove the disfigured debuff.
ACID 23 May, 2019 @ 4:07am
Do you need materials for the "Surgeries to repair shattered bones" ?
If not the cost of 1 steel would be nice (for realism) to simulate that you are adding nails to the bones.
Not to expensive for a fixed bone and reduced pain ...
electivedead223 7 Apr, 2019 @ 8:05pm
Are there actually prosthetic noses? I can't find them and it was one of the main reasons why I got this mod. If not please fix the description.
costa 22 Feb, 2019 @ 11:26am
This compatible with Rah's?
dabeek 19 Feb, 2019 @ 12:47pm
I've seen the previous arguments, so here's my case regarding bionic fingers:

Bionic hands
- Much more expensive
- Require more resources
- Greater penalty with Body Purists

Bionic Fingers
- Less expensive, maybe 2.5 - 3 fingers / 1 hand on average
- Requires much less resources
- Lesser penalty vs body purist, but lesser buff with transhumanists.

Perhaps bionic fingers would be needed to create bionic hands? Just an idea.
