I'm not sure, you could try searching the entire steam folder for anything with .sbc.
I found mods in: D:\Games\Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\244850
Try changing the D:\ to whatever you use (Likely C:\)

No worries at all.
Find the mod in the steam folder and copy to appdata/roaming/spaceengineers/mods/
Open the data folder within the mod folder (In this case '1500959052')
Most will have CubeBlocks.sbc etc.
Open CubeBlocks and locate the ramp. Copy the entire entry and paste it again below somewhere.
Note:
(Within the bounds of the code <CubeBlocks> </CubeBlocks>)
Find;
<CubeSize>Large</CubeSize>
Change to Small.
Now, the fiddly part;
(size of the block. 1 on Large = one block square. Small the same, or 2.5 for small = 1.0 large)
The block size from X,Y,Z. Left/Right Up/Down Forward/Back
<Size x="0" y="0" z="0" />
The offset of the block when placed in the world. Pos or neg integers will shift the model around.
(Ex; If I add "1.0" to the Y axis the block will be shifted 1 block up. You can also use decimal places 1.01)

Cool mod! Works great. Now, if there was still a lid on top that opens/closes simultaneously with the ramp and the floor would turn out to be even, it would be fine in general.

Blarghs Agressive Airlocks considers this ramp a door and therefore tries to manage it. Once I've set " #ignore" as part of the ramps name the script ignores the ramp and it works as expected. :D
