If you use Restock only and not Restock+. Its not a part mod, just retexture of parts in game. You can add it or remove it anytime. It acts wierd with things out in the world when you do that. Think of it as a visual mod. But I understand stay stock.

I am sure they could need updating since we are in 1.11.1 of KSP, a few things changed. When you come back I highly recommend the Restock mod and Restock+ mod. They are amazing mods. They are the only major mods I use, beside other little ones.

I have all the DLCs it doesn’t load. The parts from the two craft I mention are from The Missing History mod. It is using that reaction wheel from the Mod.

Yeah I use the history DLC so it's no full stock
I'm still playing KSP but less and I didn't take the time to upgrase those ships

I don't know if you play KSP anymore, I just started and got 1.11.1 and this mod says can't load due to missing part, reactionwheel.1p5
