Damn strange, as it seems to have pushed through the renamed folder and such, but not the files. In my staging area the files are correct, however the workshop versions appear to be wrong... All I can do is push out another update this evening for both engines, just to be sure (and to remove that logo).

At least you got the sounds working for yourself. Chuff chuff.

OK, thank you. I have found the same problem and solution for your Crewe type, too.

That should have been included in the update unless I missed something. It needs to be updated again however as the asset version has a random floating logo on the tender, so I will double check the changes have been made.

When I play myself I use the workshop version so it could be just your files, but I will check that for you.

SteveM4 - just started a new game and I've just bought this train :) However, there was no engine 'chuffing' or whistle sound. I re-downloaded the mod but problem persisted. I went into the sound lua and saw the path for the audio set was 'vehicle/LOCO/XXX.wav'. I changed all the paths to 'vehicle/crampton/XXX.wav' and this fixed the issue. Not sure if it was just my file set or just something that was missed in the recent update.

Love the loco - I have quite a few of your creations :steamhappy:

I'll see what kind of crazy scheme I can come up with to satisfy everyone.

I rather prefer to keep the limited version, which is great when used on short distances

I'd ideally like to get rid of the limited version, my update to have no avaliability. It was a test to see if I could get a lower price for 37mph but in the end you may as well use the new model with more accurate stats.

Minor thing, just saying in case you didn't see, but the one limited to 28 still has the thumbnail of the old model and a sign saying 37mph. Love the new model!

There'll be another balance update on the way, this one is still nerfed from the original but I'm going to look up some real tractive effort figures from European Cramptons to be more accurate.

I love this train but perhaps it is too good for its time when it gets available as it blows away the competition in both speed and power for a long period.

Woah! This looks way better now!

Mega update. Has been thoroughly checked for copatibility issues but let me know if it breaks anything.

Keep it up!

I have yet to get around to mastering logos. I can't seem to align them with the assets properly, its about a 50/50 hit/miss rate with getting them correct. This is a new tender model and sadly, I couldn't seem to get them to 'attach' to the new model. I would very much like to fix this as I plan to use the tender model in a few more of my mods in retrospect.

All my mods costs are set by the game.

Brilliant little loco, stunning to watch that big wheel in motion. I have discovered a little bug, however. Company logos on the tender hover in thin air a few milimetres away from the actual tender, and the small versions of the logo seem to be inside the wheel arch of the big wheel, and poke their heads out the top.
For reference, the logo i was using was the LMS one from a mod, however the same thing happens with the 3 included with the game!

And finally, a question - are the running costs/purchase price etc set by the game?

Great train :) Only issue I've seen so far is that the driving rods are detached at certain speeds although I've seen that issue on some of the default trains too, like the Atlantic.

@M$. Thank you for your hard work, looks beautiful.

Dude, never stop making these. I love them. I haven't had the chance to use these early steamers in a savegame yet, but I assume the really fast ones are more expensive than the others?
