Would you consider updating this mod to 1.1? The base Avali mod got updated for 1.1 recently.

The base Avali mod got updated yesterday, seems to have broke compatibility with this. Just spits out some errors when the two are launched together and can't load saved games. Saved games work seemingly fine without the tweaks mod active though.

I can confirm it's happened in my game too without this tweak mod. I only really noticed orassan's getting pack debuffs tho

I have literally no idea what could be causing that. It sounds like they're getting the AvaliBiology Hediff (which would cause that), but this mod is not responsible for adding the Hediff to anyone.

Something's a bit up with this one: Non-Avali pawns are getting Avali debuffs when the things that cause said debuffs aren't even on the map: An Orassan not in a lover relationship getting a divorce and losing a packmate when her 'lover' was sold to slavery, for example.

Only problem, I don't sell to slavery, she had no lover, and no pack because she's a Cat Girl, not a Space Raptor.

Since my mod is all but obsolete now, and because you've used much of my work to improved your own mod, I would appreciate a little bit of credit on your description page.

Separate from that, it might be good for you to link to the Expandable Plants mod, since you have integrated my optional patch for that into your own mod.

It looks like your mass cooking patch actually works, but your bulk cooking patch doesn't. I believe the problem is simply that the test was searching for the wrong def. I assume the mod you want compatibility with is Simple Bulk Cooking?

@eagle0600 I everything do already. All what you need it's pick Recipes_Avali_MealsBulk.xml and Recipes_Avali_MealsMass.xml from my mod and add them to your mod.

I added a patch for the mass cooking recipes. I can add some bulk cooking patches too, for sure.

I try to add patches to Avali mod for Mass and Bulk cooking, but them not apply because looks like it can't patch himself or use their own resources. So I ask you to add patches related to Mass and Bulk cooking recipes.

Additionally, a number of tweaks this mod made are now redundant due to changes to the base mod and have been removed. In particular, this mod is no longer reponsible for any Avali furniture, comfortable temperature range, or fixing that one bug with Avali biology.

The Avali mod has been updated and I need to update Avali Tweaks to match. I am unsure if this is causing your issue, but I will ask you to check once I have updated (this should not take more than an hour or so).

Also a slight thing:
It is either This mod or Expanded Plants that is preventing world generation entirely.

I kept the latter in mind when adjusting the base values. The thermoregulation systems each Avali has in-game adjusts their max comfortable temp to 0C, and I make sure that remains true in this mod, so gameplay is actually unaffected for most purposes. As for information available only on the forums, I cannot use that information if I do not know it. I created this mod as a series of personal tweaks to make it make more sense to me, from both a flavour and a gameplay perspective. I was also not aiming for 100% realism, only for achieveable realism within the context of RimWorld and where that would not conflict with gameplay. I am flattered to have garnered your attention, however.

Hey, im the Community Manager for Erris, the current maker of the Avali mod. We are currently looking to fix most of our gramar errors, and such. It could be a bit, however. Some notes.

The avali wiki, although helpfull, does not contain all of the info we have on avali. 95% of it is burried in the forums, and as such needs further digging.

The maxtemp was adjusted for gameplay reasons, not realism. Avali will still die in temperate forests during the summer if there are no freezers.

Just keep this in mind while adjusting things, please.

Expandable Plants was required to allow plants to grow in the cold and did not exist when the Avali mod was created.

Some of these are pretty neat, hope he can intergrate them into the main mod, Espically the pillow as bedrolls and plants growable in the cold, I find it so weird they had to be kept warm in temperatures that kill avali but avali eat them.

Pretty sure most of those things could and would be merged into the main mod!

Especially grammar tweaks.
