For the eyes just use the Eye tool alt-fire very close to their face.

I have tf2 mount but for some reason the eye textures turned purple. this only happened recently
after the internet at my house went out for a while. My tf2 addons and models are working just fine too, its only affecting the touhou models. can anyone help me with this bug?

Could I ask some questions about transforming file formats? Now I am learning to use SDK Worker about that, but It always failed in completing models from .smd to .mdl. I don't know how to solve it. May I have any help?

I noticed that some people on the creators on the list are also on the "touhou model pack".
Is it inactive or something?
I know that you may not know and say to go ask over there, but I'm just trying to find a good touhou model pack...and this one, along with the second one, look like the better choice.
