Yeah, I checked, and this doesn't work in vanilla. I'll add a quick warning here, and maybe fix it in the future.
Ah. I made this in the WotC SDK. I'll test in out in vanilla and see if it works.

Fun fact: I was originally going to make a tattoo for the arms, but after looking at screenshots from the show I decided it'd be too much work. Those veins are just too intricate.
As for the option, it's under "facepaint" and simply called "Salem". It likes to hide near the Resistance Warrior paints.
And finally, I may be doing a Salem Voicepack after I finish with Qrow.
