Report a translation problem
Keep in mind mod tools will mirror the textures on vehicles incorrectly when dumped. So my advice to you is the following:
1. Dump vehicle.
2. Re-compile asset/vehicle in asset editor.
3. Dump your re-compiled version of the asset/vehicle.
4. You can now edit the textures properly.
In the asset editor, just select the "bus" as a template vehicle, and then edit & save it like any other vehicle.
