@Merkeln: Strange that it pops up as growable as it is set as ploppable. I am not sure if recent game updates have changed anything to it.

Sadly its spawning as growable all around the city. I don't know if this was intended but it happen to me

@N2J, I left out the color variation option on this building to keep it the "original" look. I am planning to make more general buildings with color variation options in the future.
