I wouldn't mind continuing it's development and upkeep - it's a very well designed and fun map! You could always decompile it with BSPSource or whatever it's called but I don't want to do that without your permission.

This map was created with weapons on ground. But soon after that Valve decided to remove all spawned weapons on the ground. Type the following in the console or in a server config file to have weapons: mp_weapons_allow_map_placed 1.
I would've changed the map but I lost the uncompiled file.
