The only reason I can think of that this would be downvoted is it looking like the 'Gold' skins (Gold Desert Falcon in particular)

That's all about opinions.
I cannot blame any of them, except if they're not justified.
If people don't like it - that's their choice.
But when they starting hate something about it - it makes no sense.

For some reason, it gets negative reviews. I don't blame anybody for that, but I still can't see any reason why.

I've made textures for attachments, barrel, supressor, and glowing sights. Good color combine, and.. that kind of review. Well, okay, maybe people just think this one is boring skin, so It shouldn't be added.

I think the percentage of being added to the game is 70+%.

I wish, but there's only 55% positive reviews, 40% negative and 5% "ask me later".
So, that's depends on people, who really want it in game.
