Good Work.
To tuck cards under player boards use rightClick when holding card.

Hello! First of all, congrats for this mode! Fantastic!
Please, could you tell me how do I draw cards? I tried press 1, 2, 3 and also drag down and nothing...
Thanks a lot!

how do you tuck cards under your portfolio?
peterburbery1 27 May, 2021 @ 1:17pm
maybe add a way to randomize the set of 2 clergy tiles that each player selects one to keep at the beginning of the game? For example, instead of dealing each player 2 clergy tiles one by one and having them decide which to keep, you could randomize the dealing of the clergy tiles to the players. Another suggestion would be to include a copy of the rule-book and the player aid handbook in the mod for reference.

+1 on randomizers
Fubuju 4 Nov, 2020 @ 12:30pm
Also, in the future, adding the Public Building reward and Store reward randomizer tiles would be awesome, useful, and appreciated!

Is this still in progress? This is a phenomenal implementation and doesn't seem too far off from having the second round "setup" being scripted. Absolutely excellent work!

dozens and dozens of "WWW Image Error" on load.

There's also the 'Phase2Block' object, which is supposed to be a thing like the SetupPad little puck thing that you have that has buttons for starting the game. If you make another little block or puck in the game off to the side, and put that GUID in the definition of 'Phase2Block', then a button will appear on there that will start the second phase of the game (i.e. remove leftover ships from the shipyard, place brown and purple ships there, remove leftover political cards from the board and put the brown political cards in their places).

After you've put the GUIDs in for those 4 objects in the onload section of the code, then you can uncomment (remove the double dashes) from the other parts of the code that will use those objects/zones to do things. Feel free to send me a friend request if you want to chat more about this outside of this thread.

@NDC You'll see in the onload function there are 4 different object names that are commented out with double dashes ('--'). Most of them are scripting zones that you'd draw around the relevant areas: 'PublicBuildings' is the stacks of pubic buildings, 'ShipZone' is the shipyard on the board, 'PoliticalDeckZone' is the place on the board where the 4 stacks of political cards go). Once you draw the scripting zones, you get the GUID and put that in the getObjectFromGUID() function of the related object.

@spencenator

I've finally added the new setup to the mod, what would I need to alter for the rest to work, if you are still able to do it?
Knaughx 11 May, 2020 @ 6:42pm
Hi, wanted you know that your mod has been added to my collection: Board Game Geek - BGG - May 2020 - Best Mod for each of the Top 500 Rated Games. Collection here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2086043930

The collection used this priority system:

1. Mod's Files Availability: Mod with all/most files still available for download
2. Feature completeness: Mod with greatest inclusion of expansions and/or promos available for the board game title
2. Scripting: Mod with scripting that most reduces work in setup/play for players
3. Component Quality: Mod with the best visuals/usability in terms of component quality
4. Table Setup/Ambiance: Mod with the best immersion with table, background, and other modeling.

Please also note that a mod that makes selection for this list very well could be one in which the mod author borrowed the majority of assets from another workshop listing, so full thanks to all who worked on a mod.

Thanks for your hard work!

@spencenator

I know very little about scripting a mod well, so It may be better if you put up a new version of the mod with the scripting. I'll have a look at it soon though it sounds good though!
spencenator 1 May, 2020 @ 10:16pm
Hi NDC, thanks for making this! It looks very nice! I'm starting to get into scripting for TTS and tried out modifying your setup script. I condensed parts of it and started adding support for phase 2 setup. Phase 2 setup only works if you add a few scripting zones though, so I commented those parts out for now. Let me know if you'd like to talk about incorporating some of it into your mod and perhaps working on phase 2 setup. Here's a link to the code: https://github.com/spencerminer/tabletop-simulator/blob/lisboa-original/src/lisboa/Global.lua

Tried to use this on April 19th 2020 and it consistently crashed after setup for anyone hosting?
NDC  [author] 13 Apr, 2020 @ 5:04pm
I've noticed there's issues with tokens jumping and falling through other objects. I'll get it sorted out soon.
GreenGood 13 Apr, 2020 @ 5:25am
Thank you! Btw, great mod.
NDC  [author] 12 Apr, 2020 @ 12:05pm
Added the queen variant. Image of the Queen is bad quality, but until a better image comes along it's all I have.
Javo 6 Apr, 2020 @ 9:26am
Thank you for this :)

You place a card under by holding the card and using right mouse button to lower, then slide the card. Nudge used to work but it seems like the cards just move back at the moment. You can also use the U key on an object and it puts it underneath what ever it's above, the object needs to be unlocked though.

@derecksherrer yes we need Vinhos Deluxe, 2016 edition! There are 2 mods on here with Vinhos 2010. Not good enough.
derecksherrer 22 Oct, 2018 @ 10:25am
Thanks you, thank you, thank you. I've had the physical game for a while and love it (easily one of my favs). Now I can finally play this on TTS too. Now I'm just waiting for Vinhos deluxe!
SaltyO 21 Oct, 2018 @ 7:18pm
who needs fully scripted anyways since they usually break when they aren't developed any more and then people are left with this mod that poops components all over the place. Thank you for putting this together, it's another euro I've been wanting to try for some time.
DScalibur 8 Oct, 2018 @ 6:49pm
Thanks.

@Phenomen
I've only recently learned, once you learn the actions it's not too bad. The game as a whole takes getting used to though, can be overwhelming on the choices.

On a different note I'll be improving the setup script at some point, nothing major though.
Phen 5 Oct, 2018 @ 11:24am
This game if nuts. I've tried to comporehend rules few times but somewhere in the middle of rulebook I felt like my IQ is too low.
