Leave the Fine Road Anarchy out, it is not a dependency, use Network Anarchy instead.

The 6 track in a + pattern like you did in Metro Interchange Station except all the tracks are under ground but still some of it is visible from the surface cause that one is really nice though havent used it yet.
@aubergine18 yes it is if it was vanilla you wouldn't be able to see the metro.

@Distanced the platforms are within the normal parameters.... one metre above the tracks...
