Seriously, are your soldiers immune to damage and aim misses at 99%?
needless to say, i decided to use console commands to kill him and move on cause i was NOT about to go through this mission again. this is a mod for people who just want pain.
This, I approve of in a masochistic "I wanna feel pain" way.
The new abilities are cool. If I use this I'll have to tone down a few things in the INI. Most of the mods I use make the game harder, not easier. So the default config of this mod is over the top for my game.
SPLIT IT WIDE OPEN
One word of warning to those that intend to play this mod. The armor buff to 12 means your capacitor discharge does only 2 damage.
To keep this in line with the game you need to alter the XComGameData_WeaponData.ini and change the capacitor settings so it has armor pierce to by pass the additional armor. Armor is a physical protection rather than a electrical protection.
It's totally up to you if you do this. This is just a heads up. Enjoy =)
10/10
I ask because I'm actually using this without mods that add enemies, although I have one that buffs Avatars heavily. I want to have scary boss fights late game like EW sectopods again. Now I do, but gatekeepers are still untouched.
Keep up the great work!
Regards.
