Might need an update for Lithoids - this and all other trait mods no longer show up when trying to use a Lithoid species, apparently because Lithoids are a different species 'class' - like how machines and biologicals are classified.

I like these traits, but as far as I can tell it doesn't affect the weighting of jobs (ie, pops with Decadent are less likely to be put into worker jobs, this doesn't appear to be the case with Hedonistic).
Is that possible to add in?

No. I'd have to overwrite some of the files in common\pop_jobs, which could mess with mod compatibility. Same goes for the other traits I removed with the 2.2 update.

Updated to 2.2 and patches. Added Very Ingenious. Removed Enthralling, Grotesque, Very Thrifty, Personality Cores, Horrifying and Hospitality Protocols.

I'm afraid not. None of the new traits have any effect on ethics attraction. I would have to overwrite one of the game files, which I've been trying to avoid.

Do new traits affect the attraction to a particular ethic? For example, “very disgusting” should increase the attractiveness of xenophobia ethics in two times stronger than ordinary “disgusting” ones.
