The tables posted actually link to other tables which will give you more insights into reliability. Regarding Greq's AI mod, I have a comparable one that is not as scary as it looks:

It's a shame that modders have to be doing CA's job again, to give the AI some kind of rationality and keep it interesting to interact with.
It's as you say at the moment, where I see a number next to the ruler, but without some kind of chart, there isn't much I can do with it.
Ideally this kind of information (reliable faction or not) could be retrieved through some in-game plot and spying on foreign rulers with your agents, but that might be substance for another mod.
Thank you for your reply, and precisions.
Use RPFM to open up personalities. I can try to find time to post it this weekend but no guarantees.
The purpose is to help players and modders to see how altered mod values affects AI performance.
How can I use this mod as a player ? Is there a table somewhere which tells me what personality links to which policies ? I mean, most AIs don't mind turning unreliable quick, is there a way to filter out the reliable ones somehow ? How can it help me to better "understand" the AI ?
Sorry if I'm missing the obvious, and thank you for creating and sharing the mod with us.
