As far as i know - anger against the authorities leads primarily to separatism.

There is a link to compatible mods up there. You find load order suggestions there, while if you use anything incompatible that alters scripts it won't work.

Is there a particular load order? I can't seem to get this to work. Just running the FoTE and europa perdita collection.

Nope, it is specifically meant for FotE + EP revised which is not intended for any turn-changing mod.

Does this Mod only effect the Armies that are losing or does it effect all the armies in your command?

You can keep fix for MAGA or deactivate it when using this mod, doesn't matter.
