Thanks, my sniper is now afraid of stun lancers because of this mod (While she was stunned, Assassin tortured her every time i performed neutral or offensive action)

I tried changing to only reacting to offensive actions but it's not, hud/powers keep disappearing going back and forth with reactions, having to keep reselecting units to perform actions, it's annoying.

This mod for me seems to completely break and cause my turn to end even if I only move 1 soldier on the aliens turn without any of the chosen making an action.

If i set nonaggressivechosen to 75 does that mean it has a 75% chance to react to movement etc?

At first i thought it didnt work but it works. Problem is Chosen reacts even when third parties (mod factions) play, so it has A LOT of actions.

It is possible to give the Chosen moves depending their level? (each Chosen has 4 levels). As they would get more turns as they get stronger.

This is just to hard the warlock summons two spiritual beings, and i only get one shot - impossible to kill both, so i shall have to unsubscribe for now Hope it gets altered

can you make it so that it is something they get when they are at training level 3 or max level? otherwise this will make the early game impossible

Your plugin does not work, no reaction takes place in the chosen ones, I perform any actions, they don’t react at all, I use the following mods: Blessings of the Elders AI Pack, Ruler Reactions Revised - WotC, Podless WOTC, Wrath of the Chosen AI Pack, ADVENT Future Complete AI Pack, Ruler Reactions Revised - WotC, maybe there is an incompatibility with some mods, let me know about it.

Accepted your request and released a new mode to take advantage of the existing Ruler Reaction system.

This mod will be the version for those who do not have Alien Hunter DLC.

I am playing with ur mod besides my review two below.

I think it is essential that you fix ur mod. It is such a great idea to give them an "interrupt" like the prime enemys have in the mod from DerBK. its the only way to make them a true threat.

but till u fix it, its just an awesome idea and a moderate mod. that will be the difference to an awesome mod.

btw i uploaded a video with ur mod. my letsplay is centered around ruler reactions for chosen. but im using many more mods.

Have the same problem. Like in the DLC mission where the Chosen Assassin is first introduced, or where they steal information from a soldier.

If the Chosen left the map, "Alien Turn" comes up -> pls fix

Chosen gets all their actions back and not just one!! its not rulerreaction! its Uberreaction...but still like it...

And pls make ur mod configureable....

@Kakroom, I've been looking into the config for the mod, and there is a way to disable ruler reactions for things like movement and defensive actions. But there is still the problem of the Chosen still registering neutral actions as hostile, additionally, I had a glitch/problem/idk where the ruler reacted to EVERY resistance member's action.
All I can say is editing the config helped, but some problems still persist. I do like this mod, and hope it can be fixed, or a more clear way to edit things in the config are put in.

This has two issues that kill it for me. Otherwise it's fucking terrifying and perfect.

1) It's broken.

Okay, so, more really one issue, divided into two subdivisions: one is that, instead of the Chosen just having ruler reactions for your squad, they'll take an action for EVERY HOSTILE PIECE ON THE BOARD. And since the Chosen are XCOM biased, I think, it means while the Resistance horde is fucking about with Advent you're getting slaughtered by Harbor Waves.

The other is that after the Chosen leaves, the reaction behavior is still there; every time you move a piece, or hunker down, or whatever it takes control away from you and reads as being the Ayy's turn for a couple excruiating seconds, before giving you your turn back.

If these two things were fixed I think this would be the game-fixing thing it deserves to be.

Now we just need a mod that adds this to Avatars, since it should go like this in terms of power. Avatar > Chosen > Rulers > everything else. (Not counting modded enemies.)

A little tip for those dealing with the Hunter, who is by far the most beneficial with this mod. Well, he hates Mimic beacons. Can't shoot one to save his life. You're welcome.

For those wondering, the Chosen have greater sight of the battlefield. It's how they are able to attack from afar.

Amazing. I finally fear the chosen whenever I see them. I just had the assasin wipe out 10 of 12 of my soldiers and Im terrified to face her again...

Thinking about it, I assume that it's due to Chosen technically having mapwide vision. Not sure if that's oversight or intended - if the latter, then the mod is honestly just too much.

Either I have misunderstood something about how this mod works, or it is bugged. Every action, line of sight or not, activates the chosen action. As in, I reloaded without being seen, and a free turn by them was made. The other problem that I assume is related - when the Assassin kidnapped my soldier and left the battlefield, after every move, the Alien Turn thing came up at the bottom. This didn't do anything - I was able to switch to another soldier, then return to the original to use their second action point - but it was annoying, and as this is the only mod that could have done something like that, I assume it was related.

Just had the most awesome living nightmare with this mod. Avengers defense- MOCX, Lost, Alien armies and This mod enabled for Assasin Chosen. On legend. Was pure hell! and I loved every moment of it.
I was glad she had planewalker, so it kept popping her all over the place so she couldn't get her blade into any of my unit. Still with this, she was brutal to the MOCX mind controlled units.
All in all, great mod and she was ironically killed by your Psionic bowcaster, Alterd.

Can you make a version with an adjustable difficulty e.g. altering the reaction chance from 100% to 50% or 25%? It would make things a bit more unpredictable as well as giving a bit of breathing space for mediocre players such as myself!

Just had 3 back to back mark and tracking shots wipe half my squad, they are fine, some need cybernetic prosthetics... But no one died. GREAT MOD!
