To remove the outdated mod flag, navigate to: \Steam\steamapps\workshop\content\294100\1570997636\About
Open about.xml with notepad and change supported version value from 1.1 > 1.4
From there, you can access the raw sound files or the def files where the game references the sound files. I hope this helps :)

Could not load UnityEngine.AudioClip at Songs/Relax/01-Luck in any active mod or in base resources.
As far as adding more songs is concerned, I'm not too sure simply because it'll just continue to make the file size massive and not everyone has internet that can handle that sort of thing. I might make a separate mod for Halo 2's soundtrack, idk..
