@Richard Unfortunately, no. I've stopped development on any mods for Killing Floor 2, but when Killing Floor 3 releases I will likely continue there.

No crashes here, works perfectly fine. Thanks for the great weapon! Only minor issue I noticed is that when inserting a magazine it clips through the side a wee bit, but not a big deal.

@TheMemingOfLife No, TWI hasn't whitelisted any custom weapons for KF2 so you won't earn XP while using any that are on the workshop.

@n0wonmai No, you're not moving bones. There's a system called "sockets" in UE3 that's used to attach the emitters for the lightning effects on the killerwatt, muzzle flashes, and laser sights. You need to make a "LaserSight" socket and attach it to the RW_Weapon bone. It's done in the skeletal mesh editor.

@Gear Shift i moved bone 'LasertSight' to the 'RW_Weapon' and it didn't work (bone was imported from the WEP_1P_LaserSight_MESH package). Also script file include 'LaserSightTemplate=KFLaserSightAttachment'FX_LaserSight_ARCH.LaserSight_WithAttachment_1P' and 'bHasLaserSight=true' strings. Seems like i did smth wrong.. I hope you'll give me a hand 'cause there are no guides about weap attachments.

Yes, indeed i mean officially.

I mean, we have SWAT-Firebug (MAC-10), Gunslinger-Firebug (Spitfire), Support-Firebug (Dragons Breath), Demolitionist-Firebug (Husk Cannon) and that's it so far.

Also i LOVE anything that's fire-related and i would really like to see it as official weapon.

@Gear Shift To fix the animation you need to edit it in Motion Builder. I think you need the origninal Rig and AK12 Animation though.

@Astolfo It's a quirk of the animations because of how deep the magazine well is. I'm toying with the rigging in blender to try and fix it, but no solution as of yet.

i didnt say it does, im just saying it competes with mac10 for the spot as spitfires are a must, and it cant be carried with tier 5 spits which directly dimnishes its usefulness. (also it competes with the flamethrower but they're harder to compare since flamer is for chaotic teams while mac10 is for precision)

@Mixeerse This doesn't use MAC10 damage type. The projectile is assault rifle, the DoT is microwave. The DoT scaling is also higher than any other weapon at 50%, with 10 ticks of fire per second for two seconds for 20 total ticks of 26 damage microwave damage at base.

Firebugs best weapon are the spitfires. At tier 5 they weight 8 kg. Anything that is above 7 kg is worthless niche garbage that is not worth using. If you want it to be a good faggotbug weapon that has a practical use over the mac 10, that at tier 5 is 6kg(leaves 1kg for a med pistol too), its weight can never exceed 7 kg. With full zed time extensions the spits can reliably drop 3 fp dead and possibly 4 if lucky. They deal handgun damage and scale best with zed time while having 2nd best real time dps right after mac10, however mac10 has a bad damage type and scales poorly with zed time.

Tl;dr drop the weight to 7 kg and never put it above or its worthless for firebug.

@Karti Sure, you can retexture it so long as you end up sharing the textures! I'd like to see what you could do with it.

Also, it does have an upgrade option, and the incendiary is weak against small zeds because it's using the microwave damage type, but is instead extremely powerful against large zeds and bosses. The fire DoT has 50% scaling with weapon damage and 10 ticks of damage per second for two seconds.

+ here are some feedbacks

- increas standard mag from 20 to 30
- add a upgrade option ( lets say only the 1500 one )
- remove or update incindiery ammo since it feels weak.. even weaker than mac10
