Found a few bugs:
- The stables building do not give the +2 attack to all cavalry units. Just tried demolishing it, and the attack on recruitment is still the same.
- Yari cavalry stats seem to be wrong. They have a pitifully low 13 defense instead of having the same def. stat (22) as their yari samurai counterpart as with the naginata cavalry.

@yothinsaejaow Normally you can build and upgrade certain buildings to recruit more of the same troop. I can't tell you whether this is the case with the imagawa katana retainer and if so, which one.

i play imagawa clan but imagawa katana retainer is only limit by 2 unit? is anyway can recruit more.

@surmon31 I had the same Issue, first of all you have to play in English second only use the Mods like it is shown on the title image in the MoSS SOTS Castles Coastal Mod

Probably a graphics settings issue. Are you playing windowed or fullscreen?

my friend and I wanted to play this mod, but we both have a graphics bug where names and building descriptions and the text of events are not displayed at all or only in the top left corner, but you can't read them. Can someone help me? @jornambre

guys I'm experiencing a bug where my castles, no matter the tier, only holdout for one turn before surrendering, does anyone have a solution to this? for more info the only mods I have activated are all the mods main main files + sots +sengoku retexture + unofficial patch.

That's a great mod but do you think it would be possible to only have the map from master of strategy for the vanilla campaign ( and maybe compatible with other mod)?

@16huid1 sohei units in this mod is a Wonders exclusive unit, unless you are playing as the Honganji or the Uesugi. Yes, it is intended. So unless you are the Honganji/Uesugi clan where you can recruit them even in the tier 1 ikko/buddhist temple, the only way to access them is to capture a province that has a "wonder" in it. And not all Wonders have it. IIRC only the capital (the golden pagoda wonder), the temple one in Tsuitsui Clan, and the statue of buddha one in the Hojo clan has the option to recruit the regular monks, while the one in the Mogami clan has the opton to recruit Yamabushi - monk variants but with kisho training like ninjas

Hmmm. Not sure. That should be good. Had a friend a while back that had that issue. Couldn't fix it. Not sure what causes it. Bit of a long shot, but do you have the Tea and/or Incense resources? I know the monks require Incense (and some of them I think also require Tea). Do the units show up in the recruitment tab at all or are they absent?

I can't seem to recruit any sohei units from the buddhist temple line, they only give the monk garrison and don't allow recruitment. As a regular clan, i can only recruit sohei from special locations on the map, is this intended?

mod won't load up for me. Just vanilla Shogun 2. No other mods active, load order should be correct, can't see any reason that it's not working. Very frustrating

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong but this mod always crashes. I deleted all the other mods in my folder and I'm trying to use Original Clans, Database, Files 1, 2, 3, 4 in that order and it crashes every time I go to launch a campaign, regardless of which clan I selected

Hello guys, i really love this mod and wanted to play again after quite some time, the problem is that all new settlements, new units etc. misses its names. My games set to english language and the load order is as its told in the guide. Anybody knows whats the problem?

@ODDGODD107 Oof, that's a difficult one. Weierstrass's mods don't put "caps" on buildings, they just make it less expensive. And if I understood correctly, they start from them being unlocked from the get go (castle5) so you won't see any effects on his mod that increases the slots. Then he makes each slot less expensive to "softlock" the player and AI from building whatever they aren't supposed to build. These are the values that have -10000000 or 10000000 in them. And that is a feature or rather a workaround of this mod.
