So maybe because your computer is shit. But it cloud also be an issue of your gmod/the amount of addons you have subscribed to. If you have too much addons, try to decrease them.

There are no NPCs. But of course you can subscribe to NPCs to use them in the map.

i have taken down the Content packs because i have created new. Abd the old version was taken down because the person thaught i have used assets from his map wich is bullshit.
