i have been using them in some of my parks as walkways or raised paths, as i have run out of available props to add.
i have been tinkering and changing the design over several days. saving exiting the game, loading up a new game to test and see ingame.
each time i come back to edit the design, these medians are alittle higher each time. i adjust each time with moveit, back down to what i want. but each time and ingame they go right back up.... some of the oldest placed are now as tall as a vehicle.... like seriously huge.
im at a loss what is causing it, none of the other networks in use, even in the same asset have this issue.

I have tested the problem you report to me and I had no problems, my trees don't disappear. Check your MOD's, especially:
Prop & Tree Anarchy click ON "Anarchy ON by default"
Prpo Snapping click ON the 2 available options
Tree Snapping click ON the available option
Also, I have other orders and I'm late
