It's not compatible. Both mods replace the same sounds, so only one can be used at a time.

This one is pretty old too, so I don't know if it still works.

Is this compatible with the "Alien Slave's weird bug sounds" from "Blaze's Classic Alien Slave Voice"? Does this changes their VO?

I have to say, this really fits with the idea of the Vortigaunts as slaves. It humanizes them far more than Black Mesa has taken the time to, bravo!
