You click "subscribe" and then enable it in the mods menu in game.

Also check out the other one I made too, along with the random menu picker mod that will randomly select a menu on load!

Noticed 3 gorges attached to the bigger one when it belly slid.

Otherwise, this adds some needed spice to opening the game. Descent menu got boring quick.
