That explains why I cannot get it to do more than detonate an armed warhead on a large grid. Would be nice to see this updated.

the push force for the small grid one is still there, but it no longer disconnects form main grid.

Love the concept, but I haven't been able to make it work. It makes a small explosion effect, but no movement. Either I'm doing something wrong, or one of the recent game updates broke it.

I'm trying to lunch decoy with it, but the force is too strong, digged around in the code and unable to find any related cfg. Could you point me in the right direction if such cfg exist? This thing is super fun to mess around with :)

I've used this (a while ago now) to propel an ejector seat with a parachute attached. It was only in a test environment (on the ground) but was perfect for the job. Not tested this with a canopy ejection though.

It would be a bit janky to do, but sure. I recall it doesn't apply force to the entire grid however- it pushes in a localized manner.

Going to test this myself but I assume this can also be used for blasting off parts of a ship, like the canopy of a cockpit for an ejection system?

These are meant for any player built thing; they have a single burst of thrust but not active. The ATGM's are self-contained in their own category in the CWP.

Do I use these with the warheads? I've downloaded... well.. a lot of your shit, and I don't know how the warheads work and neither does my friend. We first theorized that the user had to build a missile with a programmed target and use the warhead as the projectile, but from my testing that doesn't work, but I could totally be doing it wrong.

Sorry, I was not understanding how to use it. I think I get it now! Pop the block down with it's small open hole side towards the back, make your ammo by attaching blocks to the front of the block. Activate it. Whoosh, off it goes... Will have another play when I'm back in game.

What do you mean? Make sure it isn't going to collide with anything, and that the ignition happens after the detachment of whatver grid it's on if you're making munitions.

When I added one in creative I just go the 'box' piece at the left hand end in the picture (just before the rotor head) When I fired it it just went bang. Should I have added a block to the front to use as the ammo?

@woostyboy the way i use it is the propellant lighter on a rotor, with a timer block i set it up to fire the lighter and detach the rotor at the sametime

You could, think of it like directed recoil. Allows for one time impulses in a direction, applying force
