Star Wars Galactic Empire nearly ended with warlordism, and would have if not for the resurection of the Jedi and their religion after it had been defeated
malthric 2 Feb, 2021 @ 8:05am
the other mod is not up to date
George  [author] 1 Feb, 2021 @ 5:09am
@malthric Thanks for the interest, it's been updated by FirePrince here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2211461998
malthric 31 Jan, 2021 @ 12:35pm
update it
Hostis globalismi americani. 10 Jan, 2021 @ 4:18pm
I don't like this. Decentralization means trouble and usually ends with warlordism.
FirePrince 27 Aug, 2020 @ 4:47pm
Thanks George for your kindly permission to continue this mod here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2211461998

@mrFunEGUY if you put me in the credits go ahead and salvage what you can.
MrFunEGUY 2 Jun, 2020 @ 9:55am
Hey all, while not exactly this mod, I've made a mod in the similar vein of feudalism.

Viable Feudalism - Feudal Empire Federation: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2114559224

I don't know if George is coming back but after a little but I'll see about incorporating some of his mod into mine.
Element 7 May, 2020 @ 4:07pm
I hope that if there's an update it puts them into a federation
Capt 28 Apr, 2020 @ 3:14pm
Any news on an update?
Canon 12 Apr, 2020 @ 12:50am
it would work just be pretty buggy and not interact with newer stuff
Spider 6 Mar, 2020 @ 3:51am
I just want to say I really love this mod. The events are fun and keep things interesting (though some are slightly buggy), and the mod is worth it for the War Goal and Casus Beli alone. I hope you keep working on it. :)
FirePrince 20 Jan, 2020 @ 10:45am
A sector version would be nice, its a real mess if you have many systems.
GrassEater 17 Jan, 2020 @ 9:33pm
Yes it does. I did a play through using this and it worked fine
Robert E.O. Speedwagon 17 Jan, 2020 @ 6:51pm
Does it still work?
George  [author] 15 Nov, 2019 @ 8:09am
@Spider Depending on how expansive the expansion will be i will either
A: go out of business
B: remake the mod using Federations Mechanics
Spider 15 Nov, 2019 @ 7:17am
Just out of curiosity, what are your intentions regarding the upcoming Federations DLC? Since this does sound very much like the upcoming Hegemon Federation Type.
Spider 18 Oct, 2019 @ 7:00am
It's back! great!
George  [author] 18 Jun, 2019 @ 4:24am
@xmandan I will when i find time to do it.
LogosDistributing 17 Jun, 2019 @ 11:30pm
Plans to update?
Knot 24 Apr, 2019 @ 4:10am
The problem with Decentralize wargoal is they lost territory and often time your member state is locked inside another empire who expand to their former space, also I think it's better to play 1 Planet run and then decentralize it, holding lot of planet then use it would be awful. I think it's nice if you can also fund member state fleet too, and maybe make them share more resources.
George  [author] 8 Apr, 2019 @ 7:00am
@The really derpy alien

If you are decentralized you can use it against any empire with whitch you have no non agression agreement to incorporate their planets into your empire as new member states.
GrassEater 7 Apr, 2019 @ 5:06pm
How do I use the forced decentralization wargoal.
George  [author] 7 Apr, 2019 @ 3:55am
@The really derpy alien

The member states can expand without feudal society so it's pretty much redundant. I'm not sure if you get the opinion modifier from feudal society.
GrassEater 6 Apr, 2019 @ 4:26pm
Does feudal society have any affect on the member states.
George  [author] 2 Apr, 2019 @ 11:14am
@CO2blast With the new update you should be able to agressively expand by forced decentralization, I'm not sure i will add an option to invite other empires because that seems a little too OP.
CO2blast 23 Mar, 2019 @ 11:21am
It would be nice if there was an option to invite other empires to be member states or at least, change a subject into a member state
commander cool 14 Mar, 2019 @ 11:01pm
does this work wit 2.2.5?
George  [author] 6 Mar, 2019 @ 2:48am
@Rabbit you get to keep it but it won't get any bonuses from decentralization, if you want to make a new member state you have to release it as a vassal then wait for a while.
Rabbit 5 Mar, 2019 @ 5:58pm
What happens if you colonize more planets after taking the accession perk?
Rabbit 5 Mar, 2019 @ 4:46pm
I have not used this mod yet though this seems like a really cool mod
T1g3rs65 18 Feb, 2019 @ 11:04pm
Favorite mod for stellaris, keep developing don't give up.
Aquilares 16 Feb, 2019 @ 12:54am
Is it possible to add the option to create more member states after the initial split? Perhaps through planetary decisions or edicts?
tsalaroth 15 Feb, 2019 @ 12:15pm
no problem, and thanks for the great mod!
George  [author] 11 Feb, 2019 @ 12:15am
@tsalaroth that's a relief, thanks for replying
tsalaroth 10 Feb, 2019 @ 10:20am
@nygyurka can confirm; it was another mod crashing the game. Thought it was a conflict but their update broke for me.
George  [author] 10 Feb, 2019 @ 10:13am
@Sunshine and Happiness You should immediately get a special project that you need to complete.
Sunshine and Happiness 10 Feb, 2019 @ 7:48am
After activating the ascension perk, how long do I wait for my empire to fragment? I activated it and nothing seems to be happening.
Derik 10 Feb, 2019 @ 3:32am
Can you make it so the member states can claim foreign systems and declare war?
George  [author] 10 Feb, 2019 @ 12:58am
@tsalaroth You will get a warning on startup, just ignore it.

@A Wooly Mammer You activate the ascension perk, then your empire will fragment into new subjects and every planet in your empire will get strong bonuses in exchange. If you are interested in technical details you can see the script if you open the files of the mod in a text editor.
Big McLargeHuge 9 Feb, 2019 @ 6:08pm
how exactly does this work?
tsalaroth 9 Feb, 2019 @ 2:19pm
Cannot enable it for 2.2.5 :steamsad:
George  [author] 9 Feb, 2019 @ 4:03am
I have updated the mod to 2.2.4 but it should work with 2.2.5 too. I've added some new stuff too.
Check the changelog for more info
Derik 7 Feb, 2019 @ 12:56pm
After playing around with this i love the mod i hope its gonna get more updates and features in coming time
Derik 7 Feb, 2019 @ 6:53am
Thanks alot for the answer
George  [author] 7 Feb, 2019 @ 2:10am
Sorry for the delay, this mod is NOT dead i was just busy with real life things you should expect an update soon.

@Derik if you make another empire into a vassal some time later they will transform into a member state. Or you can release conquered planets as vassals.
Connor 6 Feb, 2019 @ 4:47pm
this is actually a really cool concept, I'm excited to see where this goes
GHYNG 6 Feb, 2019 @ 10:05am
What happens when you acquire new territory as a decentralized empire? Can member states also have member states? (Vassals' vassals are not my vassals)
Autumn 3 Feb, 2019 @ 4:37pm
@The Imperial House You seem to love claiming that mods are dead. You've done it to at least two, now.
The Imperial House 3 Feb, 2019 @ 4:30pm
this Mod died weeks ago, move along everyone
