Charlyuu , you need to install «Scripted Artificial Intelligence Lattice (Customisable A.I.!)» (Look at right sight of this page, link to it is in «Required items» section. Then in game open SAIL, press "wrench" button, and then click button "Open A.I. chip crafting", then craft SAIL chip you want to use and put it in one of chip slots
