@scarecrow - Are you subscribed to the class mods required? If not then yes they will appear like that and you will have to change their class in the pool to something else.

So all the characters in the pool dont have weapons and i cant give them any. Anyone know how to fix it?

@Jimi Hendrix - Thanks. In reference to your image query, that would relate to the following mod which alters the animations of heavy cannons in vanilla and other mods for WOTC and TLP and other weapon packs are there too.
